Out of concern for the shareholders, Marc WON'T answer Question # 1. He doesn't need to bring more legal problems upon IFUS now that they are cleared up. I called and asked him point blank the terms of the settlement and he told me he can't legally tell me anything (and he didn't). The most he would say was that it was settled amicably which meant that both parties walked away neither elated nor sad. He even went so far as to say that that was what he was legally allowed to say and he wouldn't deviate from that. Maybe I am reading him wrong from a distance but it did seem that a great weight had been lifted from his shoulders and he seemed happy to put those legal problems behind him without the thought of more attorney fees stacking up. It was the first time in a long time that he seemed upbeat and optimistic for the future of IFUS and enjoying getting back on the road selling bagasse. It is sort of hard for me to believe that someone could be that happy if they still owed a half million dollars to someone else but I must admit that I am guessing about that. I suppose that is still possible as argued on here but none of us will know for sure until the court decides to open that file for all to see.
