Hey Bigdaddy,

No disrespect but how is it that he tells you the loan is very close to being closed and then in turn says he believes it is imminent? It is either a deal that just needs more time to close or it is no deal at all. It would be a little late in the game to be knowing it is either a done deal or dilution time.

Is not the information he telling you insider information? Should they just not put this in PR and make it public? If what he is telling you is true in private then you must have put every last little penny you could find into XKEM.

I am in this for the long haul but your info just seems pretty personal when that info should be better served and some of it legally be shared to all and not just people that call him up on the phone.
