After reading the latest filings again this doesn't look like a merger per se, they are in fact just exiting 'shell' status, as they are looking at acquiring some real estate assets. Wouldn't surprise me to see a name change before too long as well I'd imagine.

Whatever the case I don't really care for the share structure here, however, IMO it's worth watching because it has never traded any shares yet. It's not necessarily all that common to see a company with 2 Billion a/s and 650 Million o/s but yet basically has no float.
