LOL,

Stargreen Enterprises was born 10/24/2016. A whole 2+ weeks ago. Classic. And has to raise $5 mil ?? Presumably that is a piece of cake in the marijuana space if they already have an active dispensary. They supposedly offer other services to the space. Amazing !!! ..... all that in a little over 2 weeks !!!!! LOL.

So who really is Stargreen Enterprises LLC whose address is actually in Dallas, Texas ?? Major investor Sandor Capital is in Dallas .... coincidence ? Not likely. Details too vague.

And oh boy 210 million more shares on top of the roughly 115 million already worthless shares plus another 10% to "mgmt. LOL 375-380 millionish if it happens ??? LOL.

Might actually end up wth something of value though. Will have to see how it plays out.
