Form 12b-25 specifically states the following: (3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? x No If so: attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made. Since the answer is no, this means that the difference in both Revenue and Net Income is no more than 5% when compared to Q3 2015, otherwise this section would have needed to have been answered (as witnessed in previous 12b-25 filings by SIAF), accordingly. Again, "the experts" are the ones in charge here, aren't they?
