change of control but I think we need to wait for a r/s b4 they gonna start doing anything here 10000/1 and start fresh

That is self evident to me as well. Appears current shareholders are poised to be wiped out. Not that being at .0001 is not already wiped out.

Out with the old, in with the new.

Some sweet hookups for the current soon to be called "former" insiders.

The next quarterly should be quite interesting. If the new company stays in form with relatively compliant reporting a lot more disclosure will be made regarding the details of this new entity taking over than what is known at this juncture.

But for now the 8-K is satisfactory IMO. At least shareholders cannot say they have been scammed when all the disclosure made has already pointed in that direction, which I tried diligently to explain.

ENIP has always been an insiders and affiliates enrichment scheme at the expense of the public.

Buying shares of ENIP at this juncture would be really silly after today's 8-K, but the market is full of fools.

Check this out.

Under the terms of the License Agreement, in the event CCA holds less than a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of Endeavor's capital stock, the exclusive license shall terminate in the event that Endeavor fails to achieve $15,000,000 in net gross sales by November 2, 2019. . The minimum payments are required to be paid quarterly, in advance, on the first business day of each calendar quarter.

How is CCA supposed to hold a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of ENIP unless they effect a reverse split and then issue new shares?

Furthermore, why would any start up company seeking a public venue agree to terms like this to license the ENIP shell when they could start a new company via a fresh S-1 registration or Form 10 filed with the SEC for around 300K?

Further, the minimum payments under the exclusive license are $500,000 in 2017; $750,000 in 2018 and $1,000,000 in 2019

Why pay them anything at all if this new business is legitimate? ENIP brings nothing to the table except the worn out shell.

Recycling the scam, appears to me.
