Action on the Nevada SOS page yesterday, name changed to NuLife Sciences Inc, authorized shares increased from 205M to 475M.

Now I'm not generally a fan of A/S increases, unless the increase is needed for other acquisitions or raising capital that is...! That may or may not be the case here, or at least we don't know if that's the case at this point.

Perhaps it was needed due to preferred stock issued to GandTex..?? Whatever the case, it wont have an immediate dilutive effect so it really doesn't bother me that much, it's just worth noting.
