Metanor intersects 70.9 g/t gold over 2.6 meters 0 Comments| 1 day ago
Metanor Resources (TSX: V.MTO, OTCQB: MEAOF, Forum) announced today that it has intersected 70.9 g/t gold over 2.6 meters.
The drilling took place in the Moss Sector situated on The Barry Gold Mine property owned 100% of Metanor Resources -
This is located north-east of but on the Barry Property and south-west of the Windfall Property belonging to Osisko Mining.
The drill hole intersects two gold-bearing zones associated with sulphide (15%) in proximity to a regional fault.
This dominant geological structure has a minimal length of 6 km. - A segment of 3 km of this structure extends on the Barry Property belonging entirely to Metanor.
These drill results show high-grade gold values, with more assay results pending. Along with this, the drill program in the Moss Sector is ongoing.
True widths of the new exploration intercepts reported in this release have yet to be determined. Additional drilling is planned for the immediate area which will enable the determination of true widths.
Further information can be found here. Metanor Resources was recently in the news earlier this month when it reported additional drill results of 12.0 g/t gold over 3.9 meters at MTO’s Bachelor Mine.
The Company has 436 million shares outstanding and a market cap of $39.2 million - ($39.2 mil would not pay for redev. a shaft - the mill would cost above 100mil ++ for the infrastructure and that is very undervalued and oversold $39mil. is only represent a fraction of the real Metanor mines cost and gold values) - imo!
bigone thank you, Do you think that we may receive a buyout offer? Maybe from Osisko? - Metanor own the only modern mill in the area of large rich gold green stone belt - buyout offers may come forward at any time for this gold mines resources kind oversold and undervalued gold bargain -
