The initial announcement was a 1 for 2000 RS.
The letter states 1 for 1000.
The fact that they are waiting for more then four
months to actually have the split become official,
says volumes that there is some suggestion in my
mind that they might have something up their sleeve
to further reduce or cancel the RS, sell the company
or even extend their contract with MDI anyone of
these would be positive options..Especially MDI whose
contract ends on 12/31.
Today was the first move north on the bid @.0002
for over 100,000,000. This tells me as we move into
November that the scenario is about to change hopefully
for the shareholders.
Watch the bid side and look for any aggressive buyers
taking out the offering side.
