I am pleased that INSULO is seeking redress at the AG's office. Once they obtain more facts about this company, perhaps the AG's office can go ahead with an investigation of INTKs operation, including the consistent false advertising and the shoddy treatment of INTK's customers. The powers of the Attorney General's office are far-reaching and it is about time INTK Industrial Nanotech is brought to justice.
I also may have stumbled onto something and I may have found that there was a previous very similar-sounding company, Stuart Burchill's Industrial Biotechnology company that got caught up in a trading scandal years ago. The only (bizarre) response that I received from Dr. Bilgen referred to Hitler and Stalin. Perhaps Francesca Crolley or another individual can post more about Stuart Burchill and Industrial Biotechnology.
