EFOI 4.10 off its 4.38 HOD, I like the way it is reacting to seasonal forces and my theory that under $5 lost many fund types and now left with "scrapers" fearing dead money waits and, tax loss selling and new technical lows blowing away reflexive support evaporation. EFOI is gemming down and hope no toxic mysteries which to me makes me less fearful because conviction with vol. has not been great.
