Numbers, I'm not sure that it has to do with the low market value of Keppra XR. It seems that IPCI has been negotiating Keppra for a few weeks now, and probably is close to inking a deal. With the Mallinckrodt deal, they said hey, we will take the Seroquel deal, and what else can you give us? We will give $1 Mill up front for each of the others you have... Maybe has to do with the projected market share, and maybe not. But, my belief is that another deal will be announced with a lesser pharma to develop and sell Keppra. Just my thoughts.
