Finra asked the court receiver for filings from 2009. It has nothing to do with going current and it´s unlikely Finra will accept an unaudited 10-k.

People should avoid to buy stocks which deregistered too late if there is a new owner who cannot file the required filings.

Name and symbol change or also reverse split probably will not get approved by Finra!
