That's probably why Jeff has decided to finally release this dividend. What's a little more possible dilution from HTSC shareholders who might cash in the dividend rather than hold MRDN longer term.

He is also planning to throw a RS into the mix. That could explain the lack of interest, since it is unknown at this point exactly what any HTSC shareholder will end up with.
