Well, yea, but at least they are trying to clean things up a bit by getting rid of the last disaster. The Tonaquint funding deal signals problems, IMHO. They can't even finish construction and now they are borrowing from a company linked to a guy with known SEC problems (John Fife). Of course, Tonaquint is affiliated with North American Cannabis, and Brenda Hamilton comments on the marijuana industry (https://www.newcannabisventures.com/tag/brenda-hamilton/), so maybe that's how Tonaquint found GBBT.
