Calling ALL investors to call out these freaks! There is a band of freaks creating opposition to the back forty like they did with Kenocott/Rio Tinto in Marquette County. Those freaks made a garbage mess worse than any other at their camp site and stand off location littering their garbage everywhere where mine workers were sent to clean it up because it was within their boundaries.

This group is a clan of low life's as anybody can see from the news coverage. Just a bunch of bums with no job or anything better to do for the month. It's pretty sad.

Aquila has complied to much more than the regular water quality standards and these losers need to be told to back off our investment. Just like Kennecott's now Eagle Mine, everything will be approved but these freaks have no leg to stand on.

Their email is below, let them know what you think.

Joan Delabreau, Chairperson of the Menominee Nation (www.menominee-nsn.gov/), joins us for the entire hour to discuss Aquila Resources, Inc. proposed $261 million investment (the Back Forty Project) to build open-pit and underground mines for 721 million pounds of zinc, 532 thousand ounces of gold, 74 million pounds of copper, 4.6 million ounces of silver, and 21 million pounds of lead near the Menominee River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The mine is expected to have a 16-year life but it also threatens the life of the Menominee River, which is central to the Menominee Nation’s creation story, along with 22 other Indigenous cultural sites.

Chairperson Delabreau discusses the September 2nd, 2016, Michigan’s Department of Environmental Quality issuance of a proposed decision to grant a mining permit for the “Back Forty” project and Michigan’s Department of Quality (http://www.michigan.gov/documents/deq/deq-oogm-mining-Aquilaproposeddecision_533645_7.pdf) currently seeking comments from the public on the proposed mining decision, as well as two other pending permit decisions for air emissions and a surface water discharge. In addition, Chairperson Delabreau articulates the importance of the last public hearing on October 6th, 2016 at the Stephenson High School in Stephenson, Michigan, at 6 p.m. and how Michigan’s Department of Environmental Qualityis required by law to issue a final mining permit decision on or before December 1, 2016.
