2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting date?

Does anyone know when CVBT will be holding its next annual shareholders meeting? We are due for one fairly soon because it was last October that the last annual meeting was held. I think its time we had some answers from our leadership team what is going on. I am not happy about the silence and want a comprehensive update. If anyone is listening, perhaps Mr. Wallen or Mr. Flaa could present us with a written update.

Weren't we promised that the new leadership group would be different? So far they have not been.
