I have never seen anyone pump lead acid batteries through a pipeline to supply fuel to a power generator, and certainly not giga watts of them, but you are welcome to try, never know you might come up with something. Till then batteries have no chance of being a portable method of moving fuel to run generators (including fuel cells that are now challenging diesel and nat gas generators). Stored fuel does not die like a lead acid battery or Li-ion battery in 2-3 years. Gasoline, diesel fuel, aircraft fuel, and formic acid can all be transported by the same existing infrastructure. Making diesel fuel, kerosene and gasoline all produce massive amounts of CO2 in production and then another huge amount when consumed as fuel.

Formates do not produce waste CO2 gas of any kind and the byproduct of fuel cell use can be sold as is or be reused to feed an ERC to make more formates. Oh, and formates are water soluble as is sodium carbonate, the by product of using formates in MVTG MRFC fuel cells.

Test question for the day folks!!!!

MVTG's MRFC stands for what?
