Yes those dimmer switch instructions are in the fine print, almost invisible for some of us that are getting older.

Also those adjustment controls on the switch are very small, you probably wouldn't even notice them unless you know where to look and they are often a little different between manufacturers. I like the ones that are on the front behind the cover plate, ie you don't have the pull the switch to make adjustments on the back. If you change the wattage of the LED's you might have to adjust the balance again.
