The EONTEC 10K talks about cooperative relationships with Samsung and a number of other companies in reference to Consumer Electronics, and specifically addresses frames and cases. Apple, it is noted, is not mentioned in the cooperative relationships. If Apple is in on the deal and supporting it, that seems odd to me. Furthermore, many of us believe that Apple paid $20 million to keep the IP out of the hands of Samsung and others for CE application...whether Apple ever
uses it or not. Apple still has the exclusive rights to CIP for CE whether Li invests or not. So, what gives here? Can we conclude that Apple is not supporting this deal, and/or that Samsung et alia, will not be able to access the CIP IP? As usual, more questions than answers, but the 10K is a nice find.
