This is an interesting board. Was this board set up for people to post about those appointed as custodians and receivers of shell companies in Nevada and Colorado?

Does anyone know if lying in a custodianship proceeding or failure to disclose a ban by FINRA/NASD from registration as a broker and/or a personal bankruptcy with a mortgage fraud allegation would be grounds for a criminal contempt charge at the state level by the court appointing a custodian?

What if there were a pattern such as 20-30 custodianships with the same individuals where this occurred?
