Most of us working interest owners were never told of the possibility of being sued.
How nice for Superior that we W.I. pay for all their cost of the well, hence have to pay for any judgements against them...
Maybe creating an LLC & put the well in it ?
I would just as well sell the oil lease (cheap) as income stream has more or less stopped. I'm just waiting for the well to be reworked & get hit for a few $1,000 bill...
Do any W.I. owners here have any comments?
