Its confusing as ownership is reported twice: individual owners of and the entire Super Marvel Group ownership.

6,030,000 shares of common stock held by Super Marvel reported herein as beneficially owned by each of Mr. Liu, Ms. Qi and Mr. Jin, which they in turn own indirectly through their respective ownership of Super Marvel.
