When was Ken Manzo part of MDIN?

Ken was associated with MDIN, but not a part of MDIN.
I know who all the publicly named executives were back to 2013, and Ken isn't one of them.

Ken was a pharmacist who owned Aliton's Pharmacy and a small amount of Snorenz was photographed there to impress investors, around the same time the pharmacy was raided by the FBI during a fraud investigation.

But you already know all that because I read your post on the FRT board, including the tweet from MORON, CON-MAN AND GIANT A-HOLE CHIECO, Ray's first MDIN puppet.

MDIN put out a PR on 5/29/13 that said

MedGen has closed a deal with the owners, and inventors of one of the most exciting health related patented processes in the US today. The product, developed in partnership with Celprogen, Inc. by it's co-inventor, pharmacist Kenneth Manzo...

In order to avoid dilution or a shortfall of capital needed to fund inventory, a deal was struck using restricted shares with lock up periods in addition to a year as to avoid damage to the tight share structure the company has worked so hard to create.

I do have an email from MDIN that reveals the relationship between Barton and Manzo:

We got the patent because of a bunch of reasons. A big help was that Mr. Ray Barton happens to be a personal friend of one of the inventors. Yep, he happened to work with this guy in a retail store all through college!... In our solution he now owns part of MDIN and he retains ownership of the patent in the event something happens to us.
