Among the RT002 bullet items you posted, that leaves "neuropsychiatric disorders," which is a broad category that includes such indications as depression and insomnia. These certainly merit the "exciting" characterization, but they are challenging indications in terms of clinical-trial design and success.
My preliminary thinking is that the mystery indication is either neuropsychiatric or dermatological.
