RICHARDS OIL & GAS LIMITED ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF RICHARD COHEN AS VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Effective July 31, 2006, Richard Cohen has resigned as vice-president (corporate communications) of Richards Oil & Gas Ltd. As a result, Clark Avenue Company Inc. will no longer be involved with the investor relations function of the corporation. Mr. Cohen is involved with a number of other business opportunities which are taking up a considerable amount of his time and on which he must focus his and Clark Avenue's time and attention.
The management and board of directors of the corporation would like to sincerely thank Mr. Cohen (after whom the corporation is named) for his key contributions to the corporation's formation and early stage development and growth and wishes him all of the best in his future endeavours.
The corporation is very pleased to confirm that Mr. Cohen shall remain as a director of the corporation.
