SGBY Good news in the fight for legalization for marijuana.

Whaddup SGBY veterans. I hopefully have some potentially good news not just for SGBY but for the entire pot stock market. If it is true and and people catch wind of it, it could be a wild week for pot stocks.

Reason No. 1 to Invest in Marijuana Stocks: Government Shift Toward Legalization

On Aug. 1, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) could reclassify marijuana as a Schedule II drug, which would make it legal in all 50 states with a prescription, according to the Santa Monica Observer. A reporter from the newspaper questioned a DEA lawyer about the DEA's alleged plans to legalize marijuana. On the condition of anonymity, the DEA lawyer confirmed the allegations.

However questioning the legitimacy of both a company and even the entire market is wise. I like to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Meaning I always have doubts first. I never look at an investment opportunity with all of the pros at first. There is a saying, watch your downside because the upside can take care of itself.


Realize that over half of the states as of right now still have marijuana completely illegal with almost all states keeping recreational use illegal. Its the number one thing that has held down this industry. Colorado however realized a 70M tax increase in marijuana which was almost twice as much as alcohol taxes.

I am no professional but I would say that with our national debt rising at a speed of approximately 20k a second and with so many issues that are costing the government money due to illegalization of cannabis... I believe sooner maybe much sooner or later it will be fully legalized.

If word gets out about the possibility of the DEA dropping cannabis to schedule II which legalizes it with a prescription then there will be some spikes in volume and prices in marijuana stocks over the next week as people try to hoard shares for the upcoming decision. If it doesn't pass I would not want to be invested on Monday.

So with that said. This next week could be quite exciting or dead only monday will tell. I Am still sitting in SGBY, a Research team that could develop and patten new uses for marijuana in an baby industry that has the potential to grow astronimically. Hrm last person I knew that had intellectual property that he once had to buy out from a couple of twins was mark zhuchernberg....(yeah i can't spell his last name) this is not a suggestion to invest either. Just my personal reason for getting into the pot stocks.
