That seems to be the general consensus from anyone who has had involvement with him/Busshaus or who looks at FABU objectively.

What do you think they are trying to do by spinning out Libsyn?

Would you buy the argument that even though they are crooks there is real value to Libsyn and a way for investors to make money?
