Positive talk and hyper promo of SUNW at every level doesn't do much because huge blocks of shares appearing non-stop on the ask. That is precisely why share price doesn't move much and if it moves, it can't sustain any gains for more than a minute. The same old story here and the only new is shares on the ask. Dead money.imo
