It was all disclosed in these links, described in every small detail, I don't have to go and dig hundreds of pages of filings, besides, and an ardent supporter of SUNW himself stated SUNW's capital structure is a total mess combined with very "interesting" disclosures. There is absolutely no doubt after reading the links below that holders of toxic notes timed their dump on a run up, and the damage they did is not going away any time soon. And one more time, that kind of "funny business" and nobody will touch this ticker any more, I can guarantee it, nobody, no matter how much SUNW pay to constantly promote itself.
And most importantly, to date, not a single person managed to deny or counter-argue those statements on ongoing dilution made in those links, for me that is the end of the story and subject is closed and I have no doubt dilution is ongoing process here one way or the other and everybody should be aware of it. IMO
