Also nice to see a QVH placement with a "pay per use" model. Definitely a model allowing for far less outlay of cash from the user and hopefully a regular per use fee coming into SPIN. Should be interesting to understand how that eventually pans out and whether the number of uses leads to an outright purchase. Wonder if there is a minimum monthly payment that includes a certain number of uses .... and then additional payment is required when exceeding that number of uses. Reason I wonder of course is that SPIN should be paid even if placed in service but ...... not used at all. This type of arrangement I would think would be more likely initially .... so that Drs wouldn't have to put out the upfront cash as in an outright sale.
Be interesting to see how the rest of the 3rd quarter plays out. Nice start to get the QVH ball rolling. A couple legacy business affiliates (to include QVH) and some additional 3rd party sales should make the quarter a nice launching point for growth in revenue and earnings.
