United Environmental Energy Corporation ("UEEC" or the "Company") (OTC: UTEV) announces that after undergoing a change of name from Eagle Finance Corp., it is now trading on the NASDAQ Pinksheets under a new symbol (UTEV). The Company has completed and filed all necessary documents in the State of Delaware and has recently received its new trading symbol.
