But I did respect the risk. It turned out that many of the things that were said never came to fruition. Is it my fault for believing something good was going to come out of the many "stay tuned", "Direct trials will start soon" and "folks are turning good news into bad news" and "conceptual agreements have been arranged", etc? Should I have discounted those with a risk factor of not being true, or is it reasonable that I expected the comments made by folks in certain positions of power to have some merit? Shame on me for believing, no? The best one certainly has to be the "people are trying to turn good news into bad"... Remember that? I'm sure the lawyers do.
