Been here for over 4 years. I don't think patience is the answer, accountability is and management has shown very little of that the past few years. I will not give them a free ride like many others. I want to push for answers to give insight into the reality of things with the company.

For example, has anyone seen the bridge loan terms to know what the company had to sacrifice to get the money? Was it a shark loan? I don't see how asking that type of question is any problem for a company to explain yet there have been no details about it shown to the public.
