Actually, there IS. Whenever subpoenas are issued, it is a formal investigation. And we know there has been a number of subpoenas issued by the SEC in this case.

The hammer of justice could come down on this at any time. Plus the company is about to be permanently revoked by the State of Nevada. It is abandoned.
