Yes. But this time it was all of Friday until close. It may have been sooner than Friday noon, as they kept changing the times. I've never seen it go that long.
There was a paragraph of note that they changed rates and other things for the exit vote. I;m sure this time it wasn't all maintenance. It was protection of their platform and probably their money account.

Two years ago I had a open position and was well up. I was just going to close the position and oanda shut down. No prior announcement. It was near close on Friday, but with plenty of time. They cancelled my position at even cost. But I always wondered the legality of that and if I was in the red, would they have made me pay it? Who knows.
