I was told it is now about 5Billion shares but no new shares for over a year, which is important. IR will NOT get any new shares, no judge would ever allow it while there is a formal SEC investigation, and at the price of 0.0004 X 5Bil, that is just a $2 Million valuation. Sure it could be worth zero, but if there is a business, it could be worth 50-100 Million and be 25-50TIMES higher.
Even if it is at 10 Billion shares, and it would be hard to see that as being true, the valuation is still relatively low.
Does anyone know if Velatel is actually in business?
