Almost every company in the pinks has many billions of shares out there. The difference here is that even with 5B shares issued IFCR should be trading more in the range of $0.003 because the revenues are high and the assests are huge (309 trailers and 108 power units). They have long term customers and government contracts.

If the issue another 3B...with 8B the valuation should be close to $0.002... Still way under valued.. This low trading is a gift.
