Why dilute now? Great story to get a Private investor to "buy" into. Lots of cash in the bank will give the private investor confidence. I love the $50M story for Group mobile and the hype around flicharge. Any stupid Investor might pick up 10million shares for a $1.50 offer. Cash is ALWAYS needed. More job security and opportunity to buy more companies. Offset the bad news of dilution with the flicharge release. Could be! Ok :)
