Powerclick and Top Sports SA should absolutely, positively not be called divisions of eConnect if they are not consolidated with eConnect. The Company shouldn't be putting out press releases (ie., Top Sports SA revenue and Powerclick) about Company's that it doesn't consolidate, but picks up using the equity method.
Can someone reconcile shares owned by Tom Hughes. This is my post on raging bull. Am I missing something?
More shares have been handed out. I expected to see a huge prepaid asset on balance sheet (prepaid consulting services) for shares issued to Manzanares, Uhler and other people for shares issued to people prior to the services being performed. If the Company has recorded the shares issued to Manazanares and Uhler as an immediate expense (not amortize it over one year or until the agreements expire in February 2001)in the first quarter of 2000, then I think that could be incorrect. I have to think that they are part of the $15.6 million of common shares issued for services on the income statement.
