I doubt they want to wash their hands because they file it also with UK. There is maybe a reason for it. Otherwise again the wrong way.

They have 4 new subsidiaries since April 2016, but never had new subsidiaries since 2010.

It seems company is doing well and let´s not forget the $800m acquisition of 360T Group by Deutsche Boerse 2015.
A company which acquired finologic (rebranded to Finbird) and the potential royalties Finotec got.

I don´t know what to think, maybe we put too much pressure on them, but on the other side, they file it with UK and they cannot file it again if there is no corporation anymore.
Maybe there is a reason for it. We will find out.

Hopefully there is a solution for shareholders and a plan.
