Doc, the PR from early May says they "are now completing agreements and budgets." That is not implying talks are at a standstill. I think shareholders have every right to be upset if after a PR like the one that was given nothing happens in the near future. Silence is fine. Misleading people who support you is unethical. JMHO. Would love to hear what you think. I do respect your support of the company.
