Dilution may be part of the share price drop. SEVU issued more shares in 2001, but more importantly some large shareholders' restricted status expired early in 2001. This is not specifically dilution, but may be contributing to the drop in stock price. SEVU management is not helping the situation by not disclosing numbers of shares they have bought or money put into the company (PP).

Even after all of this, I still believe that the evidence that I have seen leads a clear path to MM manipulation and illegal shorting.

paulmk, it would be nice if you had some PROOF as to the irregularities that you speak of so I can show the SEC and NASD the alleged manipulation. I have setup a separate email account on my server to catalog evidence and lists of supports against the shorter/basher/MM coalition...
