A lot of this is potentially good, but as an investor, one needs to purely focus on those things that will not only potentially help the company, but also hurt the company and it's retail investors and to wit, the anticipated dramatic dilution and the seemingly numerous reverse splits to come and the "B" Preferred shares, etc., all add up to an inevitably declining stock price.
