Les' Ridiculously funny response to Aggie's posting of an article stating that the House rx that the VA be allowed to prescribe medicinal marijuana to Veterans. Obviously, he doesn't understand that "States" is different from a Federal entity such as the Vetarans Health Administration.



From the article you referenced...

Blumenauer retorted that the amendment doesn’t dictate anything, but instead would "simply enable doctors and patients to interact with a state’s legal marijuana systems."



i.e. If CBD (a marijuana derivative) is legal in a state, VA doctors can prescribe it and vets can use it.
