Today was just an over reaction selloff on fear more than actual facts. Crude is on its way back up so some of these companies is better to restructure while they can down here where they have the chance to rid of the unnecessary and move forward.
Might as well do it while they can, u will see many others doing the same while they can, can be used to the company's advantage if done right
