The CEO cant get the p/s up because his "friends" have too many millions of shares to sell

He needs to sped up and get the PPS to go up

Maybe if the "friends" can hold off dumping shares for a few weeks, ELTP could move into the 40's, but I doubt that. Dumping shares into the market for free money is too enticing, its addictive.

Why stop the flow of free money, even for a day??

Nobody wants to stop the gravy train because they know soon, it will be over.
