EPGL and J&J probably already have a figure agreed upon for the buyout, once/if the patents start getting approved, depending on the significance of the individual patents themselves. There's a good reason neither Hayes, nor PwC have EVER sold any of the shares in their control. They understand the tech and the market for that tech.

Show me a startup where insiders haven't sold any shares onto the market place since opening the doors. Extremely rare.

Insiders know what they have. They know what their shares are worth. Long Term shareholders are following suit. 500M Float is slowly evaporating. Nearly 375M already in shareholder hands. Won't be enough for MM's fill orders when the time comes. They will have no choice but to rocket the pps up to entice shareholders to sell.
