CherryTree. I meant to thank you for your linked post. I was preoccupied, but later it reminded me to go back and look at IRANO timing. The DCVax-L trial was derisked previously through resizing as a response to outside studies showing radiation had very significant effects on white blood cell count. Now there is an entire working group of highly qualified international physicians and doctorates that completed the best clinical management recommendations as they relate to immunotherapeutic response criteria. While NWBO's phase III trial is blinded, there is no doubt that implementing best clinical management into it would decrease the chance of error and therefore this would undoubtedly further derisk the trial. It would also be better for patients. We shall see if this occurs. If it does, I do not believe it would cause another trial resizing.
