Have you seen the divs for this year? Nice roi. Hated to see Chazen step down, but glad they got rid of Hanley in Bahrain and Sandy in the UAE. Neither could produce and they sold off more than 40% of their ME Assets to other foreign investors-holding companies. This is after investing billions....but...they say they'll use this capital to buy back common stocks, which will be good.

Good 1Q $$$$$. If I see the pps dip after the divs are paid in July (possibly June, as it needs to be on record by the 10th I think), I think I'll flip again. I've made very good money on OXY over the years. Flipped the past couple years and made good money and actually bought more back.....keep paying the divs....
